IT Support Engineer I

Starting off in 2009 as a Partnership between our President Lee Strachan and a relative in the family, the technologies business has grown organically and rapidly over the past decade.
As part of the postholder of an IT Support Engineer I you will be in maintaining support functionality and telephony support with our Business Partners in the United States and United Kingdom, between 07:00-12:00 Eastern Time Zone throughout Remote Monitoring Management Software’s, Service Desk Management Tools.
Working closely with partners, delivering outcomes, and administration of platforms with technical queries around key-software such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and many more. Experience working with Admin Centers, Active Directory and Business Administration Setups for partners. Diagnostics on End-user machinery through remote desktop support, and remedial support for any defective hardware. Experience with Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services including managing Virtual Desktops, Storage pools and backup services.
