As part of the postholder of a Business Research Associate you will be in monitoring Market trends of the Technologies & IT Industry, including competition and other leading Managed Service Providers throughout Florida, United States. liaising with the Business Development Executive working together in tender proceedings, acquisition and upselling our Award-Winning Services. Knowledge of Market Trends and demonstrating willingness to learn and grow.
Develop and manage Multi-Service Global operations framework, compliance, business continuity & risk management. Plan and Maintain roadmap for business strategy of growth for the United States Services. Building relationships with new and existing partners, with addition to Technologies stakeholders and affiliates. Manage budgets and to meet needs and requirements of the business, cross-function to support commercial and product led services throughout the Business.
